In a poll released by the people at ActionCOACH Canada, a surprising number of  Canadian businesses are still waiting for the government to solve their problems with government grants. "To be fair to these businesses, they have every reason to expect help. When large companies fail, & fail big, the taxpayer, every time, is forced to help them. No government can risk losing that many votes. Nor can they really let the large banks collapse, so with that kind of thinking, why should they aspire to be entrepreneurs?" The CEO says. There are some things that you can do according to the poll. The advice states that you can study all the trends that are hurting your sales and look to fix each one. As well, you can respond to all the correspondence from each of your customers no matter how small. Of course there are still the Canadian government grants that can help you as well.
