- base your business on respect. When you treat you customers well, you'll be assured of having a successful business that thrives.
- be an expert in your field. Remember that you need to understand everything about the business that you're in. When you do, you will be successful. If you don't you will fail. That includes all the Canadian government grants and loans that are available.
